Fact of the days.

We so I kind of haven't done a fact of the day for five days now so I'm going to do 5 today.
1. In the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty it never says he's an egg.
2. There are no muscles in your hand.
3. Gelatine promotes nail growth, so if you want longer stronger nails you should eat lots of jelly sweets.
4. I can't think of anymore so i'll get back with 2 more.

The Moth Diaries * spoilers*

* don't read on if you are planning on watching the moth diaries contains spoilers*
So I thought she was a vampire but she was actually a ghost but it was still a really good film.
The simplicity of the way it was done interested me and the actors of course, they were really good.
The storyline was really clever and the fact that she was a ghost and why she picked her was cool, that they had so much in and I think if the ghost wasn't trying to get her to kill herself I think she'd would have. I also loved the relationship/non-relationship between her and her teacher and I kind of wanted it to go a bit further.

A good review http://everysinnerhasatagline.blogspot.com.es/2013/03/the-moth-diaries.html?m=1

Have you disappeared of the face of the earth Jess?

So I haven't really posted anything decent in a while but I have an excuse, it's the Easter holidays (spring break) so nothing interesting has happened really. I think the most exciting thing so far is that I've finished the first season of supernatural. That's about it. Sad I know.
I've got a few posts saved as drafts and there's a few interesting things in them.

Tv show thingy

1. Favorite TV show?:
That's like asking a mother with multiple children which one is her favourite.
But for this I'm gonna say the vampire diaries.

2. Favorite character?:
Uh my favourites are Alaric, stefan, klaus, Caroline and Rebekah. But if I had to pick out of them it would be Klaus.

3. Least favorite character?:
Its actually elena because she's acts so innocent and she's always the good one and the one that's always morally right when if you think about it she's actually really selfish and thinks everyone should love her and do what she wants and it annoys me.
Tyler also annoys me for similar reasons but not quite so much.

4. Favorite episode? (So far):
Season 4 episode 2 because that's the episode with my favourite scene between Damon and Alaric.

5. Favorite ship?:
Well my OTP is Damon and Alaric, but they killed Alaric so... But they're still my OTP. I also ship klaroline (klaus and caroline) and I just really want Caroline to except klaus. oh and also stefan and Rebekah.

6. How long have you been watching the show?: 4 years (I think about). I started watching it as soon as it showed in England on itv2.

7. How did you become interested in the show?:
Honestly can't remember, I think I just started watching it when I saw the advert for it on itv2.

8. Who's your favorite actor from the show?:
Paul Wesley, more because of what he gets to act - the completely different personalities of his character.

9. If you could be anyone from this show, who would you want to be?
Caroline or Rebekah. Caroline because she has a really strong personality and being a vampire has improved her and she knows it rather than getting caught up in the 'I want to be human' bull*.

10. How would you kill off your least favorite character?
I'd have katherine do it. She'd lock elena in a cell drain her of blood and leave her there for a couple of decades. Then give her a blood bag which has vervain mixed in and then take her into the sunlight without her daylight ring and then she'd burn to death. She would be lucky to just have a stake through the heart.

11. What show should your favorite show crossover with?
I would say supernatural because that's my next favourite show but then Sam and dean would just kill all the characters. So instead a crossover with wolfblood would be cool and I would ship Matt and Shannon.

12. Pick two characters that would make an unlikely, but strangely okay couple:
Caroline and Stefan.

13. Does this show have a good cast?
Yes! An amazing cast!

14. How good is the theme song?
it's not a singy along one but they still use it loads in the episodes and haven't changed it even though it's on it's 4th season.

Repost with your favorite TV show! :D

The best friend.

Yes I have a best friend. Shes sometimes weird and sometimes annoying. But I love her.
You know how people are like "I wish my best friend lived next door" well she doesn't live right next door but she does live on the same road as me. So it's really easy to see each other which is good but then it's sometimes not so when I just want to be left alone (I'm not good at making excuses).
Today she came over and I was kind of prepared because I know she's going on holiday soon and I won't see her for like 2 weeks, which is sad.
We played on sims, sung stupidly, ate chocolate and popcorn. Not gonna deny I laughed so much, I'm always happy when I'm with her.

Fact of the day.

Today's fact of the day is that Barney from how I met your mother was in a tv series called doogie when he was 14, where he played a 16 year old prodigy whose a doctor.

Someone to talk too

I'm actually really liking doing these blog posts, as I feel like I am getting things out of my system. Like I've actually got someone too talk to who will listen, and there's always the chance some one will come across my posts and will able to give me advice. I like the thought of somebody caring enough.

Music - a universal language.

One of my friends is at a concert right now seeing one of my favourite ever bands. I feel so distressed.
I tried not to think about it and distracted myself with a good British film and done chocolates. But then she rang me during there set and I could hear it over the phone! I mean I was basically talking to the lead singer on the phone, right?
I'm so jealous, I must go and see them in the summer at a festival.

There's this guy.

There's this guy, his name is Sam.

So today in physics I actually put up my hand and asked a question which my teacher has been on a mission to get me to do. But he didn't understand what I was asking and I couldn't explain - that is why I don't ask question in the first place. Luckily Sam and alex came to my rescue and explaned for me.
Sam is just such a nice, genuine guy. He's not bad looking either. First time I met him I thought to myself I'm gonna really get to know this guy cause he is boyfriend material. But then I found out he had a girlfriend, not only that but she was the best friend of a close friend of mine. So like the good person I am I laid off him and we just were friends. I was fine like this until I found out they'd broken up because of this other girl (which could of been me). She had done the same as me but kept flirting even though she knew about his girlfriend and they got together (had sex) as soon as he broke up with his girlfriend of 3 years.
It just pisses me off that that girl can be so inconsiderate to others feelings. Now I want to take him from her but even though I dislike her I can't do it because he seems so happy.

So another boy added to my list of "just friends".

Fact of the day.

Natalie: "Imagine your sitting with your friend and they turn round and they were like *NO FACE*"

So today's fact of the day is that Slenderman is based on a japenese story.

Wednesday 20 March 2013

I promise I am doing homework mum!

I'm not. I'm stuck in YouTube watching film trailers, which in a way could count towards media studies and I do have to make a film trailer... Next year.
I actually have a list of films and tv series that I want to watch but havent got round to yet. For every 1 film I watch off my list, I add at least 5 new films. I might put my list in another post with some trailers.

Found this film and just watched it, so good!
"Beth, a bookish teenager, befriends Emilia, an aspiring novelist who has just arrived in town. Emilia soon begins an affair with Beth's father that threatens to have devastating consequences."

After Ever After.

So I've literally had this song on repeat for the past two days now, I know all the lyrics! The Pocahontas one is my favourite.

Sitting on the kitchen floor on a Wednesday afternoon.

Okay so our kitchen has under floor heating and is surprisingly comfortable.
So I'm sat here munching on ice cream - ice cream is meant to be a comfort food right? Although I don't know what I'm comforting myself about I've lost track of most things to be honest.
I dont think I've ever completed anything in my life (apart from food). If I were to die and become a ghost, like on being human, I would have so much unfinished business to finish my door would never appear for me.

I wonder if my mum will notice if I eat all of the ice cream.

I've just realised what a random chain of thought this is.

The future.

I often get reminded I have to plan my future (which I haven't done) and today we had a talk on ucas applications.
Of course it was all about uni and how to decide what degree to take and which uni to choose.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GO TO UNI.
They aren't even giving us the choice to do anything else. I told our head of year that I'm not planning on uni but he doesn't seem to but able to contemplate that idea. I just want some support to know what my choices are OTHER than university's.

Fact of the day

So I usually have a "jess's fact of the day" with my friends so I thought I could share it on here too.
Todays fact of the day is if you have been to university you don't have to start paying off your debt until you are earning over 25000 and once you turn 50 your debt gets paid for you by the government.
A boring fact I know but I'm not feeling creative so it's all there is.

Something about me.

My name is Jess and I'm 17 years old. I live in the united kingdom. I am a pescetarian (vegetarian who eats fish) and I think I have one of the most uninteresting lives ever.

Day 1

So today I have decided to use a blog as a dairy. I don't know if I'll keep it up, just have to wait and see.
